Try please restart this mission using mission save, then precisely use F2 (fly to next mission point) and wait for instructions, then act. What you describe could be (very likely are) broken mission triggers. (should not happen, but Murphy_ knows better how it is with "not possible"

when i know something for sure then that the singleplayer missions are not bugged

load the last mission generated savegame and follow the mission instructions... then the mission will work

PS : i did restart fromlast autosave several times.
autosave IS NOT mission save. If you used only autosave (which is created after you jump to another system), then it will not help. Mission saves starts mission with reset triggers = then mission if are followed mission points should work OK.
Note: if you have any black/box or similar from previous mission ... sell them. And also please be sure you have some cargo space, if have full cargo, mission will not continue.
