Only dead fish swim with the stream.
Don't discuss with idiots. They only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience there.

    This is ten percent luck,
    Twenty percent skill,
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will,
    Five percent pleasure,
    Fifty percent pain,
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

  • try freelancer explorer or fl mod studio

    BUT
I highly advice to learn real modding (writing the code line by line) instead coz you learn nothing using a GUI interface and always risk that the tools create errors

  • IMO easiest way and tool to get started : notepad :D

Start and see what changes using it on the numerous .ini files .

There are numerous editing and modding tutorials you can find here : https://swat-portal.com/forum/…odding-Boards-Freelancer/ and tools for getting files into a 'workable' format (like bini lite) in the Filebase.

I have to apologize, looking through your earlier post ... you don't seem to be a complete newbie ^^ .
Why don't you tell/show us a bit more of what you have and what you plan ?
