LSF affilation

There is not any way how to lose this affiliation. What you described is clear sign for hidden faction and player cannot change this. It is only a guess, but I suspect that on your character was at some moment not any faction maxed (high enough) and this was a reason why your char get hidden aff (which have fixed value - little below max rep).

the only (known) way to get rid of it: delete ur char and make new one.

... but before you might do as @denne said please have in mind, that affiliation has - eside the cosmetic of it shown to other players - NO effect
on your gameplay even against other npc factions. There only reputation counts.

more funni incidents u can experience if u are in a group hunting Dooms and u are red for the BS in ur group happened to me but i was lucky

... @denne ... kk, you're right in very special situation : when team mates don't watch too carefully, who they are firing at and only see R E E D and none of your team mates is at least "white" to you, ... but very special cases (maybe not such a good idea to get friendly or even affiliated with all kinds of aliens )

It is ofc possible delete these factions and fully separate SP and MP ... for a small price = delete all existing mp chars and start from '0'. Actual settings are compromise between what players want and what is technically possible. As I myself have more as one char with 'hidden' aff I understand perfectly why player can be frustrated ... on other side i know that do changes in this could have very serious consequences ... i better like idea have my chars as are now
