Shopping priorities after finishing original campaign

a) maybe, most ships are good enough for PvE
b) yes, also: armor upgrade
c) yes, but u will get them in the continuing story, and also: find good missiles and torpedos

a) For SP, get any ship that can equip 4 class 10 guns and 2 class 9 guns. Eagle will do fine. I tend to get VHFs with at least 100 cargo space and 2 cd/torp mounts for some flexibility. A lot of those ships are sold around X-3043, you should really take a look around there. Werewolf is good enough for SP campaign so keep it.
Ships I found useful:

b) Get a power generator mk5, armor upgrade if you want (please note those make your ship slower, I didn't get one in SP to save my speed and agility) and one of the crossfire thrusters (for higher top speed). Also, look for Adv. Brigandine H. F. Shield MK II or Adv. Brigandine H. F. Shield MK II
Shield upgrade is less important. In SP, it is nearly waste of credits. Look at the percentual increase of your ship stats with every piece of equipment you buy and decide how effective an upgrade really is.
Power, armor, thruster and a barrier mk2/ brig mk2 shield are your priorities as those are the most cost effective upgrades.
Instead of shield upgrade you might want to get adv. subspace scanner or heavy tractor beam (those are useful especially in later parts of the Crossfire campaign)

c) You might want to explore some of the systems linked to X-3043 for mk2 codename guns
(or loot nomad guns in omicron alpha or freeport 7 system),
but you will encounter good guns on the way on some mission bases

Titan is cheap because it is from Original FL. Also, it turns quite slow. I would keep the Werewolf

Your Werewolf is fine and imho much better than the cheap Titan, Eagle and Sabre.
There are so many ships, all depends on your way of flying it.

Me personally I liked the ships to be acquired in Altair sector. Means Saracen or Saber ( Not Sabre!) .
From Sirius I like SF18 Arrow and F-190 Malice. Basically from stats the Horizon is also nice but no one really mentions it. But if you like your Werewolve stick to it for now, you can take equipment from one machine to the other. Your ship is not the bottleneck

What sounds very "Optional" but in deed is very useful: Advanced Hydroxin Thruster .
I in the beginning also thought this is very optional, indeed it is very useful since you can "run" with them.
Also what I do not see on your configuration are Nemesis and Cataclysm missiles, ẃhich only cost time and no money since they can not be bought but only be found ( just before you head back from altair to sirius).

PS: Biggest improvement: Buy Gatling Guns in Altair sector, either Murmansk or Coalition HQ!
PPS: If you dont want to do this you can also go for faster weapons with Skyblast B.

Problem with ship like is Titan is, that in fight he like to lose hull parts and with them also guns mounted on these parts. This made these ships very hard to use against stronger NPCs.

Get a blade. even if parts are blown off, should still be able to blow them up.
