ive just spoken to 2 DCs and they

confirmed that this rumour does exist

the only weird things are:
1. grinder has 2 accounts on 2 PCs and those 2

accounts already have together 10 chars (all with BG-tag)
2. grinder and DC_Flame were

seen on the server at the same time
3. DC_Flame and BG_Grinder have different IPs and use

different gateways (if they would be the same person then this would be impossible)
4. DC

command recently confirmed that this rumour is not true and that there never was a BG spy in

DC

if it is on this forum, in game, email, msn i dont care if you know who it is just tell me

cause this spy thing is really starting to piss me the hell off cause it is making me second

guess my pilots. And i for one am not the kinda of person to have to second guess himself

and when i do bad things start to happen so if you know who the hell it is damn it just say

something so i can squash this damn rumor and get my guys back in the right frame of mind

and start flying with no problems of a damn spy cause im getting ready to relieve my self of

command just so i can put a stop to this shit. i dont want to do this to be the end of me

and my clan . so i say again if you know who the hell it is say something so that we can

Dragon, i do agree with u

about all the spewing but i have no other means to defend our rights and good name.... in

this game u must reply aggressively to every challenge, as OP well knows. Public opinion is

the only thing stopping him from doing certain things now.

As for the tags, these

guys are by definition "Ronin" meaning Leaderless Samurai which means they accept no leaders

and so cant wear the Chaos tags. Our solution to that was elegant, but op and the bg felt

too threatened by it and used the server rules to stop it.

So... we will follow the

server rules to the letter and help the R-39 do what it takes to make them a "serverclan",

then i hope u and HUNters will agree to vote them into the CSF (u can assume Chaos votes

"yes", lol). Then once all that is done, this can be put in the past.... And the REAL

fighting begin (CSF/asf battles). If the bg feel outnumbered they should recruit some more

clans into the ASF ; that's not our problem.

For the presence of the HUNter clan Jib....

ASF / CSF battles

are for the serverclans, clans who rent a system. As far as I know HUNter doesn't rent a

system (correct me if I am wrong). Therefor they aren't allowed to be a part of the

CSF.

No matter what you think about it, if you want them among you or not... they

should have a system. This is for attacking and defending reasons. In the ASF/CSF scene it

is not possible that you can attack someone in their system, but cannot receive the

returning attack since you do not have a system to defend.

So HUNter has to start

paying 20 euro's each month for systemrental or they should stay the hell away from the

CSF.

hmm, Sliders (WHO HAD A SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP TO BG) were not required

to have a system.....

What made u change ur mind i wonder? I think it was OP who

listed them as a CSF clan, before i had admin rights.

Sliders were never a

part of ASF or CSF as far as I remember.

And what to change my mind? If you apply

rules to one group/clan you should apply that same rule to every clan.

ok now all im waitingfor is a reply for the damn spy that is in my clan and as far as i

know jib you are the only one that knows who it is i think of you as freind. and as a

freind you should tell me these things by any means possible and no thave me try to second

guess my pilots. i dont know if this will mess anything up in the csf but i have told my

pilots that until this shit is straightened out they will not engage in any ASF/CSF battles

unless they are fired upon first then the clan that fired at us will regretfully have a very

bad day so if you want us to contiune being apart of the CSf tell me who the damn spy is

the relations between BG and sliders is totally unimportant

personally didnt think it was Grinder cause he probably dont speak a certain language that

Flame was seen using. The guy OP had in Chaos 4 months ago did speak that language i believe

and he hasnt been seen in a long time. Since he already has a history of sneaking into clans

and lieing, he is the top candidate.

We can discuss the matter on msn, Dragon. But i

dont think u were ever kept in the dark about it i told u as soon as i saw u, if u

recall.

Good points. If this thread regards the ronins, they should definitly be posting

here. Also, if this conflict spills over into the server, the hostile atmosphere could drive

away many players, which could eventually destroy the server.

Some questions were brought up here that require clarification now,

since the issues were brought up:

1. Tags: The server rule u quoted did not

specifically cover what wavey was complaining about: A person in a clan (with at least one

clan-tagged char) sometimes using another untagged char... like a secret hunting or trading

char. Me and about 50 others who occaisionally use untagged chars would be very surprised

and dismayed to hear that is against the rulz........... Is it? Sounds like a very difficult

rule to enforce.... and such rulz are easily abused by selective enforcement.

2. How

could u possibly not know the other system-less clans were in CSF in the past (sliders, ice

pirates, shadows, iron fangs after they gave up their sys)......? Well nm we know u must

have known since u follow all events around here closely... but i guess u chose not to say

anything until now. So now no clan is allowed into CSF without renting a clansystem..... U

doing this just to get back at me? Cause if so its damn petty.

So now HUNters will

have to be booted-out and n0x told to go away. What purpose does it serve? Ppl who can

afford or want a clan sys will get them anyway CSF or ASF membership or not. Ppl that cant

afford them, are just outta luck then.
