question

    just a thought watching when starting the launcher it would say like now 0 of 9 then start the launcher it green bars 2 of 9 then starts, my question is does it actually start the other 7 load or not. the same with a reinstall now 0 of 99 you start the launcher of goes the green bars. but is it again loading all. as you would at random seem to skip numbers fast in the process and the green bars. hope this is not too confusing
