Mission 38: Deadly Cargo(SUpposed to jump to Dyson Sphere?

Greetings people,
I was playing on the Single Player campaign on Crossfire 2.0 when im at the mission right after the Sirius House meeting in Kyushu. After docking with Osiris the mission log appear to tell me to travel to Order station at the Dyson Sphere. I launch from battleship Osiris, but the map is still in kyushu and the mission waypoint is leading me damn close to the Kyushu sun as attached in pic.

Not sure if this is supposed to happen, and i have yet to try flying to the nomad dyson sphere system via X-3043 system. Anyone wish to clarify this for a bit first?

I did. And where the way point ends i ended up inside the Kyushu sun's corona. And then nothing happens. No updated objectives or anything.
WEll as you see juni and king are alongside burning up

the mission was played a few hundred times without any issues and the mission script does absolutely not allow waypoints to the wrong location

Well weird. Probably a local error on my side then. I'll try out a few different things when i got the time and update again soon.

Just to make it clear. in this mission are you supposed to travel to the dyson sphere from kyushu or are you supposed to launch inside the dyson sphere? I might do a clean install and back-up save files if in-game methods do not work out for me.

UPDATE: Problem solved. I decided to try heading for the tau-23 jump hole and the objective's updated

Hi! I have encoutered absolutely the same issue. Tryed to get with differnt way through the Sigma=>X3043 but it didn`t worked for me. After that I followed KZhoL14`s advice and it worked. P.S. The game installed with clean setup.

Tested myself this mission just now, (all patches loaded). After unodock you have mission path leading to trade lane and next to jump-hole leading to Tau (works good).

Can you please try load now mission save 38? (using any player made save, or autosave will not solve issues if there were some)
How much missions you did in row (in row=without using load) for taking this issue above?

One. Previous save/load was just before Mission 37 started.

Hmm .. it looks your game files were not patched for some reason. I used your save, Horizon undocked and waypoint is set correctly (ss attached).

Can you open m13sp.ini (Freelancer/data/Missions/M13) in notepad and check length and lines? .. I have 931034, lines: 34446

Okay, it seemed that there were some issues with game update process. Tried to remove "read only" checkbox, but didn't helped. Replacing the .ini file helped to solve the issue. Looks like it was not updated or updated incorrectly (dunno).
My game got updated every time I launching a single player mode. Never launched a multiplayer mode though.
PS
Launching under Win8.1x64. Clean install. No other mods. Under Administrator rights.
