Hi, I can't use missiles 
I started the sandbox mode SP ( with no main story, right? ), and I found that I cant use missiles, when I go to my items menu, the square they are in, is grey, unlike the other items I can use normally, Tried using the default and the key I chose to launch them, but NOTHING.
Is because of the ship the game gives you at the start or something?
Already searched on the forums, since some guy on facebook told me it has been resolver, but couldnt find anything

I may be colorblind, however if they are grey and wont fire it should be because they arent activated.
is needed select them in right HUD panel (as green) to be fired with "fire" button. Or check which key is assigned to launch missiles, it should fire them all times without touching hud. Next thing: which mod verion we are talking about? (CF 2.0 can be downloaded from our Filebase)
Well, I dont understand that about the green HUD, and I pressed the default Q key, and numpad 1, none of those works
I hope is some silly thing I cant see 
BTW: IS IT NORMAL THAT WHEN I START THE LAUNCHER IT DISABLES AERO? IM USING WINDOWS 7

Missile Launcher?

.. haha, yes, it need buy and equip some launcher first 
.. and Aero disable is exactly how it should work. Without that you may have various issues and very likely not working CF.
Guns: not need ammo, only equip them
Missiles, Torpedoes, Mines, Disruptros and Countermeasures need launcher and this use own ammunition which you need to buy (or use /autobuy command)

good luck with missiles, and you can also fix the game fonts by using "fonts-fix.cmd" in your Freelancer directory Will look much better!
