well if quote "nothing happens," i dunno if its that

nothing's sold there or if its that theres an error with something else. even if

nothing's sold at a base the equip dealer's screen comes up, so long as theres a equipent

dealer at the base.

the tohoku bug has been fixed... it was coz the inifiles were not

decompressed correctly by the tool i used
