Do people still play this online? Because I'm installing this wonderful mod again.

I can't tell you exacly, most important is to have good and fast connection to download them.
But in time... hmmm, maybe not more than 3 minutes (Note that sometimes can take much more).
But this is when you launch it for a first time (it's need to download the patch for the new launcher)
After this, it take only few seconds to load

ok, it tried to finish and I got. Update file or server not found [E4]. please help

Welcome aboard kaboth! Was that error msg when you first started the game after activating the mod? When you first start, the Launcher window opens and it starts to download any patches needed and the new launcher. Since this will be the first time in a long while, it will take a little time. Once it is done you should see the SP, MP and Settings buttons. For now don't mess with the Settings button and use only the SP and MP buttons.
