Hi Reveal, are you sure you followed exactly missions points before this problem? Have you your game updated via launcher? This problem you mention was present if i remember right during 1.9 beta testing but repaired after this. There must be something wrong on your side for this problem to appears.
It could be that your game files was not properly updated via your system settings and files write protection. Is more as recommended to remove write protection from FL and CF folders during mod installation and activation. And also run cf launcher as system administrator.

Hello Reveal,
the game updates automatically when you start the CF launcher; update is finished when the "Launch Multiplayer" button becomes available.
Files on your hard disk are being overwritten during the process - that's why it is important that write protection for CF files is disabled ("read-only" attribute in folder properties must be removed).- Wanderer -

Thanks guy's for the help i don't know what went wrong last time.
but i reinstalled the whole game/mod/update and now its working
and yeah i removed the read ony option.
