Weight Reduction Kit Bug?

Hi all

I bought until now all best "must haves" in my SP Game. At last also the (gimmick) Weight Reduction Kit III. As you can see in the picture, it's not possible to mount Armor Upgrade and Weight Reduction Kit. I decided to mount armor. But, also when Weight Reduction Kit is unmounted, it takes 60% of Cargo Space. Normally, i thought, a Upgrade should not have positive or negativ consequences, when it's unmounted.

Is ths a bug? My Cargo is empty....

Or if this must be like this, does an unmounted ArmorUpgrade also reduce the agility?

No Huor, the Armor Upgrade takes no cargo Cargo Space...

...

I know the + and - for these features. But the Weidt reduction Kit is not mounted, but takes Cargo space.
