Hello Gamex, just a short question: did you used in launcher settings option "Open SP" ?
You need first 'unselect' Open SP option in launcher and after try load MISSION save PRIOR you used it. If you finish mission and will start new, then all should be OK. If not, then you need reinstall mod. Open SP function is for ppl which do not want to play Campaign. About moneys and other stuff check please CF wiki here on portal.
got the same problem (only used open sp once and without saving - ´cause i only play sp for the storyline) anyway, i try this: index.php?page=Thread&threadID=17268 solution and hopefully it´ll work (i´ll login again, if it doesnt^^ - have only mobile broadband here xD).

just copy the m13.ini also as m13sp.ini and replace the old ones 
Copying m13.ini worked for me, too.
