Ticket system - emails sent out

  • this is probably for OP to answer.


    for some time now, I have been receiving e-mails concerning ticket system questions and answers. the e-mail contains a URL that should take the reader to the relevant answer.
    however, when I get there, on the portal, I am told that I don't have the relevant permissions to be on that page. so, my question is this, why am I being sent these e-mails???

  • coz you belong to the forum groups which may look into some ticket issues (not all of them)
    the notification system does unfortunatly inform all groups with access no matter where the ticket was opened


    but you can change the notification settings on your profile if you wish
