Event Support Agreement(EVA):

The purpose of EVA is to outline the support of forces participating to the event and to clarify arrangements necessary to enable a good ...party.
This event is the first of a series of events that will take place in Enyo.For the success of the final event , it is necessary this 1st training event to see how things are going on.
For next events that will take place next weekends, through this post, LC send an invitation to all clan`s leader who want to participate with their clan . Please confirm the participation teams . LC awaits confirmation for availability.

For tomorrow when the event will occur, are invited all participants who are available at that time, any license installed or none, who want to fight against chars with pirate license(or "any char" with pirate license..this is allowed during the event, also allowed pirates to mount another license and to fight against pirates). "Native" pirates are of course invited by default!.
If there are no combatants and event can not take place...event will be moved to another weekend ...

Time/date:20.00 Server time/17.02.2013
Locations: The event will take place in Enyo territorial space, . There will be two camping locations during party event ,Saba station and Quetzal station, .One of the stations will belong to the Allied Forces Strike Pirate Team . The other location will be used by opposing team. And where the battle will take place will be at Epsilon outpost .

So,for tomorrow ,rules and requirements for >>LAST LEADER STANDING<< are:

1.Each team must have a leader.
2.Each leader can drive any type of ship(with no cloak device,no ragnarok or any ship modified by OP)
3.Each team is obliged to defend its leader but during the progress of the fight, every team must kill the opposing leader.
4.Docking at the epsilon station is prohibited from anyone.Tactical maneuvers of defense or attack is up to the teams.
5.Team leader can fight or evade the fight .. is their option, BUT,should not exceed 15 k away from epsilon outpost, in any direction.

For the event to be successful, any EM wishing to arbitrate is welcome.
He will control the max distance of 15 k in which the leader can dodge the fight.Otherwise WE'll figure a solution one way or another .

How will the event takes place tomorrow ..
1.There will be 5 rounds.
2.Each team member will dock first at the station which belongs to.Docking at the Epsilon station is not allowed.
3.At the first round, both teams (with leader included ,will travel to epsilon station in shortest time.
4.Fighting will be a in a limit of max 15 k from Epsilon station.Fight will continue until the death of a leader and then round ends..that team loses that round.ofc
5.When the round ends ... both teams takes the fight from the beginning , starting from their base station.
Again..tactical maneuvers of defense or attack is up to the teams....so go to fight and not wander in vain through space.(go to epsilon station in shortest time)
6.Each round ends when the leader is killed or , exceeds 15 k and the team is disqualified and loses round.Other team win immediately when the opposing team leader is killed or disqualified.

The winning team is the team with the most rounds won.Logical.

Estimated Costs for prize total in credits 1 bil for last standing team/leader!.EM receives thanks from pirates.

Essential rules to follow

NO religious or racist insult, of any kind, in any moment, on private/system chan .Who break the rules and will be banned for the whole next week ,I would be happy.
Now.....if EM allows, or OP allows,I wish to be the sys channel open and free for swearing because is pirate party.Only swearing .. and no complaints from both sides ..Still remains to be discussed at the event scene
