Connection failures

    Today at about 11:00 GMT +/- 15 min. (server time) my efforts to connect to the portal OR the game server were frustrane. :(
    I had no problems to connect to other websites, only SWAT and Crossfire were affacted.
    Happily now everything runs smoothly again. :)


    Did anybody else experienced something alike today ?


    I just ask, if I might have a problem on my machine or if there was soemthing more general.

    maybe a local i-net failure at the server center

    I was helping a friend get setup with Crossfire and had a terrible time updating as it disconnected many times during the update process. Finally got him installed and he is going through single player to get used to controls and such. He will be joining us online in a week or so.
