you had patched game via launcher after instal?
you used for play this mission last 'mission' save or autosave?
1) repairs were done for this mission after was mod released
2) only mission saves can quarantie that mission scripts are launched correctly in right order (is strongly suggested do not use autosave! In cases you have problems in mission, forget about your saves and use last mission save.
... thx for reporting, it looks that this mission still do troubles.

Well, that could explain why there where 2 juni´s and a fleet teleporting to each warp gate i got through. ( i used always the autosave)

Hmm... maybe i have the wrong fmm it´s says 1.3 not 1.31 i will reintall the whole thing again and take a the lates mission save. Other than that, i used 1.9 and the speed mod, in the single player and did not update anything, but the lucher wants always update the same things.
make sure you get the latest files from the launcher before you start this mission
