Emergency situation in Omicron Gamma and Unknowns

Silver Arrows Command want to inform all pilots that preparations for investigation / rescue / supply operation in Omicron Gamma and Unknown systems have started. Corsairs headquarters on Planet Crete intercepted a "SOS" message from an unknown merchant ship and asked us for help.

Operation details are still closed to the public and will be privately discussed with all who will show interest for dangerous action.

Fleet-Admiral Forlon commented: "The nature of this operation requires many different ships from capital to traders. Preparations just started and I personally can't wait to be there in space and help with search for the origin of above mentioned emergency message!"

Our LAB has decoded and verified part of the "SOS" message received, it reads as follows:

Its not much but it will help us starting organizing an investigation and rescue expedition.

The LAB is working on the rest of the message and more information will be released as soon as its verified.

An expedition is being put together to launch the first Rescue Mission.

The rescue mission will be launched on 25/07/3013 - 21:00 and will be lead by Commander Raiden Caprica.

As the message was intercepted from Planet Crete we will all meet there before the expedition start.

There will be more information given tomorrow as the LAB should have decoded more of the message that can be useful to us.

It looks like Emergency Supplies will have to be delivered as soon as the information has been confirmed.

We ask for volunteers that will be able to transport the supplies to the intended destination.

We are also looking for people to lead these smaller expeditions.

(They do not need to be part of any Clan, they only need to apply for the position and need to be able to supply screenshots as required)

All volunteers will be compensated.

Our transport with an emergency Niobium supply for repair nuclear reactor on Bretonian colony was attacked in Blue Nebulae and our captain decided to escape in the direction of south. We saw only a huge unknown structure and in next moment attacked us huge blue ship ... we never seen something so big! Thank you for our comrades that have already volunteered for the Rescue and Reconnaissance Mission on the 25/07/3013 - 21:00 this is much appreciated.

This will only be a rescue attempt to recover the crew from the trader ship that send the emergency message.

From the message that is now decoded, we know that the trader ship was attacked by a huge blue ship, sounds like carriers. An expedition is now being prepared that will hunt it down and bring a stop to the terror that is currently being spread by these intruders.

This Extermination expedition will be launched on the 28/07/3013 - 21:00.

Everyone will meet at Planet Crete.

Pilots with BS and VHF will be required.

Our communications officer has also confirmed with the Bretonian colony that the Niobium supply has not reached them and they are still in despite need of the supplies.

A Resupply expedition is being organized at the moment, but no supplies will be send until we have confirmation that the threat has been eliminated.

The first resupply expedition is scheduled for the 29/07/3013.

Location where it will be launched from will still be given when its been confirmed.

We will need a few VHF's, BS's and at least 2 trains for this.

Our contact on the Bretonian colony did say that the nuclear reactor's will still keep for another week or so but it is getting critical. We will not be able to take all the Niobium that is needed in one run so more expeditions will be organized, please keep this channel open for expedition dates and information.

It will be prefered that all pilots bring their VHF for this mission.

We will start in Omicron Gamma at Planet Crete E5

from there we will move to Unknown JH F2

We will first visit Planet Primus CD56 to see if we can gather any information

from there we will continue to Unknown JH F5

We will continue to F3

and then move to Unknown JH D6

We will visit Planet Parium F4

and then continue to C4

and from there Unknown JH C6

We will go directly to Unknown JH A3

We will then investigate C3

These co-ordinates may change depending on what we find in space.

Results of Rescue and Reconnaissance Mission:

We were unable to recover any survivors or even wrecks and after a little while into our mission we discovered why. The systems were littered with nomads, in massive ships. We took some losses but the information that we gathered is very valuable and is currently being analyzed.

We first moved to Planet Primus but got no useful information ... they were very hostile ...

We continued on and soon discovered the JH to Planet Lost Paradise but it was heavily protected by nomads

Our enemies were also able to change our navigation information making it very difficult to find our way around, but not impossible.

Riebens, Cro, Snake and I were able to find our way to Planet Lost Paradise and docked.

Upon leaving it, it seems that Cro and Snake was able to do some deep sea diving and unfortunately Snakes ship got to wet and was destroyed .

Riebens, Cro and I continued through the systems with our broken nav systems, fixing them as best we can and got to Omnicron Alpha.

Docked at planet Malta and submitted the information we gathered to SACO.

We encountered many gunsboats, interceptors, cruisers, battleships, strick carriers, haunts and lichs

We killed over 400 nomads, 5 BS and 1 Haunt and 1 Lich (maybe more)

Reminder of the Extermination Expedition tonight (28/07/2013) 20:00 Server time at Planet Crete in Omicron Gamma

With the information recovered from the Reconnaissance Mission we know that the unknown systems are littered with nomad capital ships.

We are calling on all available pilots to help us tonight exterminating them.

Our aim is to take out at least 5 Cruisers, 5 Battleships, 5 Strick Carriers, 5 Haunts and 5 Lichs
