And yes , there is. I've also had that problem while I was trying to pass the crash and the only way that it worked, was restarting the mission from the beginning till it passes the crash(the whole mission , not the save from the Battleship).

Hey K1ller! Try this solution that thankfully seemed to work for me:
Either load your last save you made(I hope you make one everytime you're docked somewhere) or load your last autosave.
Sometimes for me loading up my last save worked, for others, I loaded the last autosave and that got me to the next mission.

autosaves might be bugged. What works for sure is use mission saves.
