Freelancer became my dependence (crossfire), my parents annoys me every day why I am so much on the PC, maybe they are right 
I play other games too (COD) but 4/5 of my free time is CF 
how can I reduce my playing time on PC? (except a ban :P)

Hard to say. If its your sparetime you should be able to decide on your own how to use it. BUT never forget about other more important stuff, like school, job, family and friends!
Dont get to much addicted and make some pauses.
There are enough other players who could do something else. We are just waiting for volunteers.
Enjoy your dependence, others wish to have it to get ridd of those RL's problems called "friends" or "love".
You will have enough at a moment (even sick of the game), and you'll lose the dependence. Just wait few years 
(or some more than "few" xD )
Find a girl or two, that will cure ur addiction for sure, but maybe u fell in another addiction trap
