We got the idea too late but ok, hosted today
how it works:
- 1 BS in each team
- BS kill 10 points, fighter 1
- BSs are not allowed to use torpedos
- general TDM rules

Prizes:
- 20.000.000$ to each winning team member
- 10.000.000$ to each losing team member

Today's results:

results are a bit strange (maybe because freefalcon attacked me few times so I had to kill him) but team 1 would win anyway

I loved this event !!!

I hope next time we will have more fighters allowing more strategy. (squad in defense and attack).

An idea for next time: Why not choose another system with at least two docking points. (one per team)? This would avoid the problems of respawn attack.
Colosseum would be interesting but for me this system is too big and too complicated to allow fast game.
Another system (Regalis, Sekar,...) would also be interresting, but this causes problems with npcs reputation.

The ultimate solution would be OP adds another planet in the system Arena at 10 or 20 k from Issos. (We can ask, even though it may be too late for this release)

Colosseum would be perfect but the planets there don't have mooring fictures for BSs

coloseum would be perfect if bs can moore there and if equipment (mainly ammo) can be bought... without sufficient ammo, it'll be a bit useless, ay?
but i also like the idea of a random system, so NPC can be involved as a helping hand or as a thorn in one's side. the only problem with this would be the "[Player] was killed by a NPC" - so no points for killing this participant.

well, actually it havent to be a problem at all, so people have to increase their effort in killing others

BSs kills can easily be counted manually

couldn't find freefalcon's and caretaker's username on swt to award them, will ask them ingame tomorrow

It did was a nice idea coming in a bomber, while you made sure you'll have enough ammo to make a difference in the event, as you can't reload.
