but when I get a stable internet connection. I moved to another city (vacational one, but I'll stay) and waiting to contract another ISP for signal. -

Ok I have searched for info and couldn't find any information about ENERGY CRYSTALLS. Not sure what they are for yet. Might see about getting afew to see what they do.

Note: You need to have, in your char and ready to use them, at least 250 millions to get your cloaking device work.
BUT, NOTE that you can NOT transfer the cloaking device to another ship after Mounting the devices on a ship. So be sure you first choose a ship which you'll keep for a loong time

Well lawmac, there are 3 parts of the cloaking device, as the Information panel say
You can store and move transfer to other ships those parts, but once "activated" with the 120 mills into 1 device, you won't move it from your ship anymore.
