So, when 1.9 will be released, can i use my saves in SP from 1.82 verson? And if the story will continue, will be a cutscenes with voices of characters?

CF 1.9 has been released already. The download is available on moddb.com
CF 1.9 most likely requires a clean installation.
It's recommended to uninstall the CF 1.82 version before installing CF 1.9. Do not attemt to just deactivate the older version and activate the new one.
Best and safest way for a working installation, is to make a complete clean reinstallation of Freelancer, CF-Mod Manager and CF 1.9 client version.
Therefor you should delete all savegames from any previous versions.
The usage of savegames from any other versions will most likely cause problems within the game and crash it before you even start playing.You can however simply follow the CF 1.9 - Installation Instructions as well as the CF 1.9 - Activation to be on the safe side.
