hi just loged in to game and the sever list says 1.9 is it 
severs back up but it says 1.9 ?

yes i have the same problem i so that the servar is back online but cannot enter because the version is 1.9 is the new mod released?

Same here.
I did notice that when I clicked the crossfire icon on desktop it went straight to normal box allowing me to start MP, without downloading new files, never done that before.
