i have a problem when i try to in on server and it say : Im sry , but the account name and password you provide are not valid on this server
wht can i do ?

Hi Werter,
I suggest: try create new ID ... it works? If yes, you can ask OP in PM if is possible restore/copy your old data to new ID. There was some cleaning/probs with accounts few months back. When you was last time on-line with this account?

It wouldn't be funny if you "apperently" lost all your chars work and in your case all the chars wearing your Clan Tag DSC ?
The chars (in this case) are by now way lost, while they are still in the server's data they can be moved to another ID if you get a new one.
werter: Though that "message" is very unusual(actually impossible) for the CF server, as it's not the normal wrong ID one... are you sure you entered the Crossfire server ? heh, dunno but there's no password at our server, and neither at the game, maybe you tried it while there was a server test by OP, or some other server with a similar name...

nope i m sure i try on the right one , and i log the last week...
In this case it looks as one from your chars is damaged. I only want remind that if that happened and OP repair your ID with this char deletion (only one solution), then is highly recommended not create another char on this ID. For new chars use new ID.

As he reported he can't even enter the server with that ID, so chars creation on them wouldn't be possible.
If it was a character damaged data, the server would allow him to enter the ID aka account(fast or after a certain time waiting for it to load, depending on the damage type) but he'd see it empty, with no chars to load. So I guess it's not the topic.... maybe it could be ID damaged data but that's like impossible O.o
