Incoming transmission from Black Operations Command Center.................Due to the unfortunate accident with a bunch of cops that had trouble holding down their rum at the bar on Planet Holstein the bar has been closed until farther notice or until it is deem safe by the three tribes. However due to this problem we have just open the bar on Bruchsal Base to all cops for free coffee and donuts but the rum is locked up until the pirates and or smugglers can teach the cops how to drink rum and keep it down.
