.As Spiky was lately trolling me about playing PS3 games (no more details about that here), I just have found a report that the developers of Mass Effect - will improving the graphics for Mass Effect 2 that is going to be released soon for PS3 console. So we PS3 console players get just a bit more to see as all those xBox and pc players 
The game Mass Effect2 for PS3 will use the game engine of the Mass Effect 3 game. All meanwhile released patches will be included and scanning of planets surfaces will be improved. So its worth to wait and i am sure it will also be worth to play on PS3 ;D
I am excited to at least try a demo and if I find it good eventually buy it
