Me and lots of other people want to know which AV is freelancer crossfire friendly?
Because my AV started thinking freelancer crossfire client is downloading virus and started deleting the server files...
And as soon as i turned off the AV......BOOM virus in my face.......

ohh...
well professional Avast is the one with daily updates on their virus database, means it's very good, and friendly with CF as Avast searches viruses in a better way... you can buy, or find it on the internet working the same way, if you can't afford(or simply don't wish
)
Just take care not to have any virus already on the PC, which viruses your applications...
Still this month we're working on remaking the ancticheat , the defense and some files so they never get detected as false positives...

hmm
tried that and avast said the freelancer server files are Trojans??!!
and the freelancer clinic downloads trojans?
update everyday eh? -
Tryed the professional avst ? isntead of the free version... well, neither mine or OP's had any probs the past years
Oh, and you can also stop on access protection, you still have protection on what comes from otuside... but not what you open yourself.
It has 9 shields wtf !! 8 visible(on access) and 1 always running on... -
Avast lost the "CF friendly Status" with one of the last Avast updates - i had the same problem. Just perform a full scan and you know what i mean.
OP was asking ppl to help him with the Launcher problem, i didn´t saw someone answering yet so just stay patience with this please.

I never had any problem with Microsoft free antivirus. Microsoft Security Essentials.
And I'm very satisfied with it's effectiveness. -
Eset Nod32 go to settings/exclusions and make the whole freelancer directory on exception
end of problems
