  • I've been attempting to install crossfire for about 4 days now. i've succesfuly installedt for the most part, but every time i try to create a new character, it says the name is already taken on the server. I've tried every possible name, and I'm pretty sure there is no [CFPD]Applesauce.

    Help would be appericiated.

  • ouch, you have to wait for OP's response as I never heard about such bug O.º Sorry to hear that tho...

Only dead fish swim with the stream.
Don't discuss with idiots. They only drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience there.

    This is ten percent luck,
    Twenty percent skill,
Fifteen percent concentrated power of will,
    Five percent pleasure,
    Fifty percent pain,
And a hundred percent reason to remember the name!

  • You could try to type it in another account(A new one for example) , and if it works there.. then your whole account is bugged(or something like that)

  • please make sure that u do not have a corrupted client installation. maybe ur "mpnewcharacter.fl" file is not the same as on the server?
