Sculptris, a new free 3d modeling program

    For our 3d modeller/sculptor, here's a new free program that has been released recently. I haven't tried it since it's not my really my kind of stuff but I thought that some people here might be interested. From the demo it seem pretty powerful and not to hard to use. It's been created by Tomas Pettersson in the last 6 months as a personal project and the guy decided to release it for free.

    So, it(the program) took to him only 6 months ?? that's more than a newbie making a new ship with the older 3d modellers xD

    You miss understand me Michael, it took hi 6 months to create the program not the sculpture.

    no no, I didn't misunderstood you, it's the other way. I said it took less for him to create the entire program than others to make a new ship :D ( a bit exagerated, yep :D )

    Well, seems the program has some limitations with exporting and importing, it only reads and writes files as .obj, and it's especialized in making objects with no corners, as you actually can't make a triangle in it, but you make fishes and faces like an easy game :D Good for alien faces, and ships :D
