    Pilots of Sirius,


    The Silver Arrows Command is to all clan members and freelancers for a new adventure in the Inner Core.


    Two days ago, scouts spotted a Dom'Nepesh fleet preparing for a long journey. Intel believes this fleet will take the direction of Sirius soon. We need to intercept them before they leave their docks in the Jormandar System (Sector C6). Unfortunately a Savage station stands on the way (Sector D6) to this station so we'll need to take it down to advance on our main target.


    The safety of Sirius civillians is threaten and we must all fight against these aliens to avoid a tragedy !


    We will launch the Operation on Sathurday May 1st at 1500 UTC (1600 SERVERTIME, 1100 EDT) from the GMG Hypergate Station in Omega-3. Those who possess capital ships are invited to join us but they are invited to dock on Planet Cambridge to mark their position before joinging the rest of the pack.

    Due to unfortunate circumstances apparently beyond my control, the server is not cooperating and I cannot get Scout5 back into Sirius space Vice-Admiral. I spent 3-4 hours last night traveling through the Inner Core systems and the DK Altair systems only to firstly have the server crash and loose my progress, next, I get obliterated by an incredible overwhelming Nomad force in Mandar,(right in front of the Styx gate no less) THEN I get obliterated again by an unexplainable phenomenon that utterly destroyed my ship without warning coming through the Sovetskaya gate. Needless to say my ass is thoroughly chapped and I need a nice long break to get my blood pressure back in check before I log into that server again anytime soon.


    I also sure as hell am not taking Fighter5(Demios) into the Inner Core, as it's bad enough I can barely hold it's own against Ancients in it, let alone try to take on the much more highly maneuverable Razak, Nepesh, Setek, Savage, Sentinel and Warrior fighters.


    So again, sorry gentlemen, but it seems I'll be sitting this one out, my apologies in advance and good hunting to you sirs.

    I will try to arrive on time Admiral :)) . My ship "explorer" is now docked at Triangulum academy, so I'm just a bit of entrance into the IC 8) .


    2Orion: bad news m8 :( , I hope you will be more lucky next time. ... I also think that Deimos isn't right ship against fast as hell and agile IC fighters or large group of Nomads.

    Well i don't know how the event ended cause i had to go after i got killed (got distracted for the same reason i had to go : my son). But we were engaging the fleet we targeted as our main objective. Last report indicated we got at least 5 cruisers and a battleship down. That is certainly enough to cripple their fleet and stop them from invading Sirius.

    I plan on doing another event next weekend. May be a race event instead of an Inner Core expedition ! I'll keep you posted !

    I apologize for the absence Admiral. Everything went according to plan, but the unexpected failure in the propulsion of the ship just before the mission was fatal and, despite all the efforts that could not be repaired quickly. Hopefully next time will be more favorable circumstances. Information that the mission was a success gave me great joy. I also want to thank the following participants in the expedition for the deployment and removal of threats to our galaxy.

    Hi This is Captain Crookey Reporting in.


    Just got back from the InnerCore
    Just for the record:-
    I am very sad to report that SA Arrow's ship was destroyed and his escape pod was tractor beamed in to an Alien Cruiser.


    We managed to to take out the Cruiser and re-take SA Arrow escape pod into my hold.
    We then proceeded to take out the Alien Fleet, there was only 4 of us now so it took a long time.
    Once all the ships where taken out we attacked a nearby Alien base which took forever.
    The Aliens where calling in reinforcements but we prevailed.


    We managed to take out the Fleet and also the Alien base with only 4 Fighters.


    We then fell back to a Dom'k base in Weth where we made emergency repairs for the long journey back.


    Myself and Escort Rampage now had to get SA Arrow back to a Human base for emergency Medical treatment.
    Two Pilots stayed behind and guarded the gate from Ryssk to make sure we wasn't followed.
    These brave pilots where (Fallen) Mercenaro= and [UR]Psyclone.
    They did there job well and we never encountered any more hostiles until we got to Gurm.


    We made are way to Sovetskaya and now SA Arrow is recovering in the sickbay on the Gorlowka Carrier.

    Thx for the lift Captain. I'm pleased your retarded my first face-to-face encounter with the aliens.... I've recovered and have been released from the medical unit at Gorlowka. A shuttle will soon take me back to the SAC so i try out my new ship : the Shroud (SA Special Edition). Fixed alien guns won't hit me again because i'm turning too slow... Deimos was good in the era where we faced mostly slow DK gunboats and we needed strong hull and high firepower... Times are changing so will my ship !
