Editing the HUD

    As always, I'm having problems with editing stuff... I tried to edit the HUD by importing it to Milkshape and changing the texture, but it said that the file is not good. How can I change the HUD? How did you do it there in crossfire and the other mods?
    Please help me.

    you can not import the hud into milkshape
    it doesnt use standard meshes... the entire structure is different
    you will have to use the utf editor if you want to change textures
