Where can I buy the ship called BullPup 3?

My friend has completed the game using that ship. Im having great difficulty getting anywhere in my ship. I dont last very long in the Crossfire systems and its spoiling the game for me.

Can any one help me?

I need to be at level 30 to buy this ship (at level 10 now). Also need 9million credits which I don't have. never mind...

there's a decent freighter at:

that is stronger than most of the other ships available in liberty space, with a cargo hold of 250.

not only will it help you survive a little better, but the large hold will allow you to quickly make money trading.

took me a few days to get into my bullpupmk3, but i'm glad i did.
