Rax don't follow in the steps of the other merc clans, create something different. Your clan will be merc but why would anyone hire you if you're the same as the other merc clans that are older and have more pilots?

P.S. As u know we don't trade BMG and yet we manage. Why can't you?

Just try to create diversity mate, Some people need the services of one kind of mercs others of another kind. This should be an ingame discussion btw.
