I ban GEG 'cos, I did not play FC3 myself, but my groupmate from university noticed that the phrase is from there. Then again, since ROTR is a mod, you can expect a flak ton of references in the voiceovers.

Though if I heard something like "Under this sun, no shadows will fall", or even better, "Ready for the onslaught, ready for the fight"...
