I ban you cus actually CFPD owned Sovetskaya and abandoned it, while SA still have a diplomatic base in Sovetskaya, it's a lil bit... abandoned.

Big polluted planets are no comparation with smaller clear and advanced civilization planets, like The Prophecy, in Tarsus, it's name already shows it.
