I think this should be addressed in 1.8

This anomaly appeared around CF 1.6, when planets were first discovered in the Corridor system. Apparently an artifact of some irregular lensing effect of the nebula, only OP will know what exactly was changed, and have any idea how to correct it...

well - ive seen this when working on CF1.7 already but since it was working on a new PC with new graphic card I did not pay much attention to it since that problem did not exist before
and there also was a problem with lights in X3043 at this time which ive never seen before on my old PCI assume its a error based on new hardware but should be fixable by using different values (the error in X3043 also has been fixed somehow)
