I do not know what that idiot was doing.
It was the fault of both the guys.
The reporter should have never wandered onto the road.
The driver was blind and killer.
Was it a Ford Focus ? I do not think he had lost control and I think he knew how to drive very well indeed.

Look at the road in the video. It was covered in ice (probably caused by Freezing rain). The driver most likely had no way to brake.

if the street was frozen over, he shouldnt have gone so fast in the first place, especially since it is a school crossing. but one thing you can never expect from anyone in traffic is to use their goddam brains. at least that's what i learned the hard way.

yes, he was going way to fast.
But, I'm not 100% that this movie was not modified in some way. Something seems wrong in the way the car hit the guy.
