Recently watched a TV Show that says in 2029 the world would be hit by a global killer and all mankind is erased by that.
What do you want to do with the rest of our time ;D And what do you think would be the best to avoid a hit by a global killer?

i'd freeze myself at the bottom of the north pole to outlive it or go to Planet Crossfire.
But if i cannot escape, then i'd have to constantly game all day and night
before that happens CF 4.3 is going to be released
but i dont believe in that since to my knowledge this "killer" will just pass by a few hundredthousand km

Mass migration of the population of the planet
lets get those colony sleeperships ships built ,theres a whole universe waiting out there.
But what a show it would be to see something that large pass by at a few hundred thousand kliks.
BTW I believe there is to be a first class meteor shower sometime early Friday morning 2am - 6 am... make sure the shields are up ,dont want another Titanic episode
and Happy New Year everyone
2028: an aging Vin Diesel leads a team of roughnecks to film Armageddon 2, for Looking Glass Productions... Yay! we're all saved!
Seriously, the chances of an actual impact are quite slim, but let's first see this month how accurate those looking-glass boys are with the asteroid near-miss on Mars
Is this "global Killer" are some Aliens or what?
Hmm... not sure what to make of the "global killer" situation. It's a lot of years though and I'd find it hard to beleive that technology wouldn't exist that could deflect such an object enough to miss us. The danger is very real in its innevitability, but there's always people claiming the end is near. After centuries and centuries of forecasting apocalypse it's really starting to look silly when they're never right. Precautions for such events are certainly important, but personally I'd be more worried about pandemic disease, radioactive fallout pending nuclear strike, or global warming. These are all things that can unfold in a matter of years or decades, whereas major asteroid strikes seem to be hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of years apart. Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think that humanity is probably the only true threat to its own survival in the foreseable future.
As for what I'll do before then, I know I'm going to die one way or another so there's really no sense of urgency to do any unfinished business or to live it up. If it happens it's going to happen, so how things are as usual will be fine for me.
It is still 21 years before that happens. I will be married till then.
I think all the guys here will be mature men till then and some of the old men may not be with us.
lucky ones... they dont have to worry

Oh no! Why can't the Italians be the leading spacegoing guys? Then we'd at least have Pizza and Pasta
that wont work
if a pizza doesnt taste and you throw it out of the window ppl might think its a flying saucer
People need to be quiet dumb but that dumb people are also a universal truth.
