    Well little England got a footballing lesson tonight as might Crotia knocekd England out of the European Championship.


    No doubt the rest of Europe are happy that no Brits will be making the tournament.


    Although already qualified, Crotia played really positive and skillfull way showing the English millionaires what passion and pride was all about.


    English Coach Steve Mac should go as he made some crucial tactical decisions that made a huge impact


    Placing a 22 year old in goal for his first comepetitive match - the guy made a crucial error for the first goal


    And going for the 451 formation, which England cant play or even understand - he should have gone 442 with Crouch and Defoe, Lamps on the bench, blah blah

    ITs wreid that england is not qualified, they have a very good team, but what can i say when 1 year ago we (Spain) were beaten in ireland...and everything looked like we were going to be out of the eurocup too...


    Finally we improved a lot and end up first of the group...but i have not too much faith on going farder than quarters...we allways do the same, hehe...


    I think Italians, Frenchies and Dutchies have the biggest chances but, after last Greek victory...all is possible hehe.

    Funniest thing last night was that even Alan Hansen (a Scot) was getting some tears in his eyes (I am not sure if they were tears of laughter) and during the commentary it was said

    What else to say except that in all team sports there MUST be a team and thats what England doesnt have atm. They have very good players but bad team!


    Simply we (Croatia) r the better team and thats it...

    yeah, we are much better team no matter the fact that our representation coach is an alcoholics and is one of the biggest troublemaker in this land .. not to mention his "nice" behavior ... stunning, but he really made it not to make shits yesterday :rolleyes:

    Well there could not be many games as Croatia recently independent.


    And after this qualifying campaign Croatia could easily be in the lead!!

    Two games against Croatia - two defeats.


    For some reason the Croations treated the game as a cup final and played 2 upfront most of the game whilst England played with 1 upfront and treated it like a Sunday afternoon pub game after a huge lunch.


    Beckham injected some urgency into the game when he came on.

    Two fit, hungry, angry, with a point to prove, strikers on the bench.


    Croatia played to win, England played not to lose.


    If that penalty was awarded against us = we would all have declared it the worst crime in history as Defoe certainly overreacted to a simple tug.


    I am also very disapointed.
