yo blaster... i restarted the server
sometimes reading does help 
the problem should be gone now
if i need to guess i would say that only ppl with bounties on their head or ppl which have put a bounty on the head on someone were affected... but thats just a guess

So the obscene number of bounties on my chars are gone?? Sucks to be you guys who lost millions!!! JUSTICE!!!!
.....now I will wait for the bounties to pile up again.
i am getting an impression it will happen again tomorrow.
