…Hello everyone,
Hopefully you all had as great of a weekend as those who attended BritizenCon in Manchester. The team members fortunate enough to visit the Museum of Science and Industry, where the event took place, are still talking about the fun they had, and the amazing members of the community they met. A big thank you to the organizers for putting on such a great community-organized convention.
Last week, we announced the winners of our Easter Screenshot Contest on Spectrum. Make sure to check out the fantastic screen shots taken at Benny Henge, the Javelin Wreck, and Jump Town. Big thanks to everyone who submitted an entry and congratulations to the winners!

Hello Citizens!
Last week, a few members of the Star Citizen team were in San Franciscio for GDC 2018 showing off the latest Alpha 3.1 build, and with it, the newly flyable Aegis Reclaimer, Anvil Terrapin, MISC Razor, and Tumbril Cyclone. It was rewarding to meet both new and long-standing community members alike, so thank you to those who had a chance to stop by and meet the team. Also, a big thanks to our volunteers from the Community who worked side-by-side with us all week, we could not have done it without you o7.
Also, as we shuffle features and mechanics looking toward Alpha 3.2, we wanted to know which features you are most excited about seeing implemented, improved and refined. We have created a Alpha 3.2 Survey to help us prioritize over the next quarter. Be sure to check it out and vote if you haven’t already!
Lastly, with Alpha 3.1 on the horizon, and the Persistent Universe continuing

Duane stepped out from the washroom wiping his hands on his trousers. The sanitizer was supposed to dry them completely, but either he was doing something wrong or maybe the stupid thing just — his musing was abruptly halted when he spotted the Banu standing in the middle of the hallway. What the hell is a Banu doing here?
He reached a hand slowly to the stun baton on his belt and firmly asked, “Can I help you?”
A wide smile broke across the Banu’s elongated face, deepening the network of crags there. “Hello!”
Duane quickly checked to see if the Banu’s chest had a ‘visitor’ tag. Sometimes one of the techs would bring in a guest if they had to work on the weekend, and it wouldn’t be too surprising if Eiko had forgotten to comm him from the security desk.
No. No tag. And the Banu was carrying a datapod. Duane felt his pulse quicken. After working as a security guard for eight years at the Behring

In anticipation of the release of the Vulture, Drake Interplanetary has coordinated with Discovered to provide a number of experienced scavengers early models to test in the field. Chosen from a pool of hundreds of applicants, archaeologist Lorenzo Chernov proposed the exploration of a secluded debris field he discovered in the Idris system. Here are excerpts from his logs.

Ok, here we go. Day one of exploring. Wonder what I should call this place. If this was an official UEE Archaeological Society expedition, it’d probably get something generic, like ‘Debris Field 8514J-Idris system’. At least I’ve landed on a name for this new salvage ship. I think they’re officially calling it the Vulture, but this one feels like Amaira to me. I’d like to give a big shout out to the folks at Drake for letting me try it out. Of course, they did have a bunch of
