Still striving to get the greatest performance out of your equipment? This weekend will be the perfect time to apply Tech Upgrades to your gear, as we’re doubling the amount of Technology Points earned from each one applied! From Thursday, January 30th at 8AM PST to February 3rd at 10AM PST, every Tech Upgrade used will apply twice as many Technology Points toward your next Upgrade! This in turn reduces the amount of Dilithium that must be spent to reach each Upgrade threshold, allowing Captains additional chances to attain both Mark and Rarity increases on their favored load outs. .share-footer a { margin: 20px 10px 10px 0; background: url(d7afaaa14e96d0d973f76157ae31ec5b1466398539.png) no-repeat 0 0; opacity: .5; display: inline-block; height: 60px; width: 60px; padding: 0; border: 1px solid transparent; -webkit-transition: opacity .3s; transition:

Security forces in the Fousang system are reporting that criminal organisations in the area are executing more frequent and audacious raids on civilian traffic.

Wing Commander Horatio Montange of Fousang security had this to say:

"Our resources are stretched with the Thargoid threat, and a certain criminal element has taken advantage, increasing their presence in the system and attacking trade convoys. While our forces are continuing to maintain order, the need to defend the system from external threats has had an impact on our overall effectiveness. With the help of Blue Creative Company we hope to curb this sudden increase in crime, and continue to concentrate our resources on combating the alien insurrection."

To counter this threat, the Blue Creative Company has placed a kill order on all ships on its wanted list, and has promised to reward pilots who deliver bounty vouchers to Akers

The Crystalline Entity is back and stronger than ever. After the success of the updated Crystalline Cataclysm Event last year, we’re bringing those changes to the regular Crystalline Catastrophe Task Force Operation. The Crystalline Catastrophe Task Force Operation has undergone some improvements! Our goal was to provide a deeper experience when taking on the Entity. The mechanics in place had the potential to do this, but weren’t able to shine. The following are some of the bigger changes: There is now a 30 second mission briefing time before the queue begins. This allows players time to join the queue and read the briefing if necessary, before taking on the Entity. The Entity shards that it deploys are now immune to control effects, this allows the feature more room to breathe as the queue progresses. Small Shards will no longer buff the Entity’s damage for the entire queue. Instead,

    DefianceIndustries

continues to round out his WC1 fleet with two sharp new additions. The Raptor that was previewed

    last month

has been completed, and it looks great. The fighter's colors are spot on and there are plenty of gorgeous little details like 'TCS Tiger's Claw' stenciled into the side. As a bonus, the Hornet is also finished. All the compliments for the Raptor apply here as well, and both ships are also posed at some wonderful angles. Many people have modeled the Hornet over the years, but we can always use more beautiful ships!

My WC1 addiction continues... I revised the Raptor, the old hull panels were kinda crappy so these look better. For additional fun and frolic, I made new unit insignia because... well I have too much free time? Also, a Hornet! Because the Killer Bees always get the next shift.Enjoy!

A recent hunt for maverick exobiology scientist Terri Tora has only deepened the mystery surrounding her disappearance.
The search began after Professor Frank Raddix issued an appeal to locate his missing colleague, who was last reported pursuing "something big" for the science community. An encrypted trail of messages led search pilots across multiple systems, piecing together encrypted comms data. Thousands participated, ultimately confirming Tora's final location at HIP 87621, a permit locked system.
Speculation about the system is rife as no third party or superpower has claimed ownership of the permit lock, leading to rumours about its true significance and why access has been restricted for so long.
Professor Raddix issued the following statement after the discovery of Tora's last known location: "My thanks go to the many pilots who answered my call. Terri's trail has led us somewhere we
