It should be planet No. 1 in Clooku TC-U d3-616 system (link into ED Star Map web ... image for planet there is only generic). Details for this planet say: Not terraformable atmospheric planet (Hot thick Silicate vapour) with strong volcanic activity (presence of the Major Silicate Vapour Geysers). I guess visual appearance confirms it
