Angus Santana	Anhur	Senior Vice-President, Interplanetary Aid	Graduated top of his class in Economics from the Anhurian Business College and was immediately offered the post of Senior Projects Manager by the charity Interplanetary Aid. It has been largely due to his efforts that Interplanetary Aid has become the foremost aid agency in the galaxy. Was voted "Businessperson of the Decade" by the magazine Croesus, and described by the lifestyle journal King Kiddy as "smoother than a vat-grown buttock". Praise indeed. Dimitri Avignoni	Hermes	Owner, Avignoni Microelectronics Ltd.	An extremely talented microelectrician of genius-level intelligence, Avignoni's abilities in his field are rated second-to-none. However, he has rejected all of the many offers made to him by interplanetary electronics company, and has been implicated in many small-time scams such as product duplication and system-breaking. Currently runs his own company, although its low profits lead us to suspect continued involvement in criminal activities. Hugo Carmichael	Bex	Managing Director, Blessed Aquawine Co.	A much-travelled man, Carmichael owns one of Bex's chief liquor exporters. Known as something of a playboy, various reasons are posited for his wealth and extravagance, the darkest of which are his rumoured connections with Kindred operations. Criminal Record: None proven.
Jan Mitorr	Janus IV	Retired; former director of Medexport Inc.	Mitorr was employed by the medical shipping firm Medexport for over 50 years; starting as a junior accounts executive in 2729, he steadily rose through through the ranks until he was made senior director in 2760; often referred to as "my right-hand man" by the founder, Pier Porter, it was he who navigated the company through the depression of the '760s. Janna Frevel	Crius	Neurological Consultant, Crius Hospital	Graduate of the Ledellan Medical Institute. Had practised at the AMC for 6 years under Dr. Yvan Loomis as assistant neurologist, and was rated one of the top 30 Bathycephalic surgeons in the system. Very recently killed during the abduction of a Ser Lev Arris. Sadly missed by the medical fraternity. Criminal Record: None
Larn Regis	Janus IV	Deceased	Before his death, when the transport ship Canera crashed into Mendra City, Larn Regis was one of the richest men in the Tri-System. He was the Chairman and major stock holder of Richmond Intergalactic, a corporation with a net worth of 345,679 Billion Credits. Since his death, however, his financial dealings have been scrutinized by the CIS in connection with Ricaud Interplanetary, the largest industrial concern in the Tri-System.
Louissa Phillips	Janus IV	Freelance pilot	Full name Louisa Elizabeth Einstein Mayflower Tennessee Buttercup Phillips is the daughter of a wealthy Anhur industrialist. Serra Phillips' life concords very closely with the stereotypical picture of the young dilettante. Has recently taken up the life of a freelance pilot in an attempt to assert her individuality, although by all accounts the attempt has been a disaster. Her father has contacted the CIS, and is anxious to speak with her. Criminal Record: None.
Maria Filippa Gabriel	Bex	Officant, Avuncular Order of Hom	The daughter of a prosperous Anhur Vidpix maker, she renounced her life as an Anhurian dilettante for that of religious contemplation with the Avuncular Order, who are thought to have wooed her with the idea of getting her to bequeath them her not inconsiderable inheritance. Criminal Record: None.
Melissa Kathryn Banks	Hephaestus	Freelance pilot	A highly skilled pilot, she is currently the owner of the Tiger Shark-class cruiser "Fatale". Not above illegal trading: agents are advised to scan her holds if encountered. Criminal Record: 19/E/2788 Transporting Contraband [Firearms]
Nelson James Ramirez	Hermes	Auditor, Johnisty Collection Agency	Although a legally-appointed bailiff, rumour has associated Ramirez with a number of legally dubious repossesions, and he is suspected to be a 'debt-collector' affiliated to the lower levels of the Kindred. CIS agents have been trying to bring him in for questioning for some months now, but he has recently disappeared, perhaps indicating the often lethal consequences of mixing with the Kindred. Pemtur Douglas	Crius	Nurse, Crius Hospital	Had worked at the Astravin Medical Centre in Crius hospital for over 10 years following his graduation from Nursing college. Very recently killed during the abduction of a Ser Lev Arris. Sadly missed by the medical fraternity. Criminal Record: None.
Ralph McCloud	Hermes	Freelance merchant	The son of a Bex farmer, McCloud is an old-hand trader with reputation for plain-speaking and hard-bitten toughness. He is well-known as an avid collector of spacecraft and associated paraphernalia. Criminal Record: None
Reginald Arthur Bray	Anhur	criminal	The Bray twins are notorious Anhur gangland criminals: big fish in their own ponds but very small fry when compared to the Kindred. Although heavily implicated in many criminal activities, neither brother has ever been brought to justice. Reggie seems to be involved in the negotiation side of affairs: he has been associating with many instances of fencing, blackmail and bribery. Criminal Record: Implicated in over 580 serious offences.
Rhineheart	Not known	Kindred member	The name Rhineheart has featured in several of the CIS' interceptions of Kindred communication. The context in which he has featured imply that he is a high-ranking member of the Kindred. Has not been referred to for over 3 months, and is suspected to be either dead or non-operational. Ronald Henry Bray	Anhur	criminal	The Bray twins are notorious Anhur gangland criminals: big fish in their own ponds but very small fry when compared to the Kindred. Although heavily implicated in many criminal activities, neither brother has ever been brought to justice. Ronnie is apparently concerned with the 'muscle' side of the business; kidnap, murder, piracy, menacing and protection rackets are his department. Tamessa Shuna Ames	Janus IV	Unemployed	The daughter of Senator Veklyn Ames (see entry), Serra Ames is one of the foremost members of the Janus IV jet-set, a regular at all the major parties and events of the season. She is currently under Grade-M CIS observation, following rumours that some of her father's enemies had targeted her as an object of revenge. Criminal Record: None
Veldon Kashumai	Bex	Curator of the Holy Museum of Hom	Leading member of the Avuncular Order of Hom, something reflected in his position as curator of the Order's most treasured possessions. Although his opinions are treated with respect, he is politically insignificant within the order, and as such is not rated a threat by the CIS Intervention division. Criminal Record: Several hundred cases of being drunk and disorderly, an offence actively encouraged on Bex.
William Maddox	Anhur	Doctor of MIlitary History, Anhur University	Maddox comes from a long line of soldiers: his ancestors have achieved notoriety in a number of conflicts for the last 300 years. The subject himself followed the tradition as a Combat Engineer in the Anhurian Response Force, until invalidated due to Post Traumatic Stress and physical injury. Was offered an honorary doctorate the AMU due to the wealth of his idiosyncratic knowledge. Criminal Record: None
Xavier Shondi	Crius	smuggler	Shondi is a perplexing individual: the CIS are almost certain that he co-ordinates a good deal of smuggling, and yet he has never been apprehended or conclusively linked to any offence, other than a minor case of tax evasion. He is also a criminal with a conscience: rumour has it that he has smuggled medical supplies to victims of the Hephaestus uprising in violation of the CIS embargo, and, more recently, supported the Mutant Recognition League with donations and consignments of supplies and weapons. Known to frequent the Surgeon's Blunder bar on Crius. Criminal Record: 12/E/2781 Tax Evasion.
Yvan Loomis	Crius	Senior Neurologist, Crius Hospital	Gradiated second in his class from the 1st Crian Medical University. Showed a special aptitude for neurology, and is now one of the most respected practitioners in his field. Pioneer of three major neurological techniques: Hypercutaneous Cephalic Remedial Leucotomy, Hypothalamic Analgesic Stimulation, and Bathycephalic Surgery. The last of these techniques was co-developed by his assistant, Dr. Janna Frevel (deceased). Criminal Record: None
Zakariah Skintight	Janus IV	Rock Musician	Ne Zakariah Frump, he is probably the galaxy's most famous musician, and still upheld as a youth icon despite his humble upbringing. The son of a Bex farmer, he left for Anhur at the age of 17, and within 4 years had already achieved planet-wide fame for his outrageous exploits and musical ability. Poorly educated and with an SIQ of only 90 (sub-average), he is nevertheless one of the century's most remarkable success stories.
