But this time is in this sector something new, modern beautiful ship ... Luxury Liner! Near Liner is waiting another big ship, pirate cruiser and two escort fighters. It looks that Liner was recently heavily damaged and now is almost repaired. While repairs on Liner continued, on Patrols ships decks is boredom. One from pirates Captains commented ... 'Patrol here is the most boring thing I ever did, definitely best example how to waste our time and resources ...'
... but near is also someone else, very tiny ship flying in green nebulae. Ship is using only passive sensors. Active sensors and cruise engines are long time offline. Suddenly in Watch officer Eyes shows triumph, last recon data shows exactly what they searched here for almost week. Long week when every second could be the last one. But now, NOW is theirs mission near to success! Shortly after that ship changed her course and slowly moved deeply to nebula. Short coded message was recorded and sent.

'We just received this message Sir', reported young lieutenant to Fleet Admiral Thomas. Admiral briefly looked at the message. and told 'Finally!, please inform our pilots, I will be in Tactical room'. Only little time passed when Tactical room doors opened and entered three pilots- Lieutenant Raiden Caprica, Commander Peter Kirkland and Vice-Admiral Martind Forlon
'Good you are here' told Admiral Thomas and his hand pointed on tactical tank. There was displayed detailed 3D map for Purian Lake System with sensors, known patrol routes and many others tactical details. 'We have our ship exact location and is time to take her back! Our police friends sent us one marines team and they are now boarding on Commander Battleship. Listen, plan is simple but dangerous, we need to ...'.
Purian Lake, Sector E3.
All looks quietly and peacefully as always, but suddenly something changed. In empty space showed disturbance, lightnings and in next moment in normal space appeared big battleship. Her dock bays were open and into space launched two fighters and assault freighter. "Battle for Liner" was rather short. Pirates were completely unprepared this time and they paid high Price for this. Cruiser was blown up almost immediately when battleship opened fire and only one from two pirate’s fighters was able fight, but shortly his pilot ejected and escape pod vanished in asteroid field. On Liner deck was fight also short, but much tougher. Pirates knew good that they cannot expect mercy. But sadly for them attackers were much better prepared and armed. When was captured ship bridge, remaining pirates surrendered. Marines Captain raised his armored hand and opened small com device 'Sir, you can dock. Situation is under control and all ship combat systems are now secured'. Reply came almost instantly 'Roger, I will be there in few minutes. Thank you ...'
On board the Liner.
... Vice-Admiral Martind Forlon opened his fighter cockpit and jumped on the hangar floor. Marines Captain was waiting for him and both together quickly moved to Liner Bridge. Captain reported 'We found old ship personnel. They are all right and waiting for us.' Bridge doors opened and they saw discussing people. Conversations ceased and all eyes fixed on the incoming. Admiral with small smile told: 'Is good to see you all here, but we have no time for celebration yet! So far we were lucky but this can change any time, prepare ship engines and set course to E6!' All quickly moved to theirs panels, Liner rotated, changed direction and entered cruise speed. From ship bridge was possible to see battleship and small fighter in wing formation. When they arrived in E/6 Liner stopped near another big wreck in this system. From Battleship came short message 'Wait for our signal' and in next moment was activated cloaking device and big ship vanished from normal space.
On Liner bridge was time as frozen. Few minutes was as hours until next short message come 'All clear'. Liner and his escort shortly after left Purian Lake System and quickly moved to X-3043 gate. Suddenly alerts sounded 'Nomad Fighter Wing approaching Sir' reported Radar Officer. 'Avoid combat, not right moment for a fight!' ordered admiral. Ships in formation changed course and Nomads soon stayed behind. In meantime admiral checked Liner status and looked at marines Captain, 'How are our passengers?' Captain replies 'Good, they are slowly recovering from shock in theirs cabins. Captured pirates are now locked down and this time we have there enough ppl to ensure that no more surprises will come from them'. 'Good work Captain' continued admiral 'You and all your men did really great job here!' After this admiral used ship communication system and all ship passengers could hear him: 'Admiral Martind Forlon speaking. Ladies and Gentlemans, in name of Silver Arrows I want apology for troubles you had during few past days. But now is situation fully under control and we are on course to Sovetskaya as was planned. As a form of apology was your payment for this travel canceled and money returned to yours accounts. I'm also sure that you will hear with pleasure that all captured pirates will be surrender on the Planet Murmansk in Sovetskaya System to the local police authorities. Captured pirates life in the Altair is much heavier in comparison with the conditions here in Sirius. And for our remaining travel ... now are all ship facilities working again, stewards are for your disposal as before and I wish you nice rest of travel'.
Travel to Altair.
Two big and one small ship in formation moved fast and through police system Nephele entered the shortest route to Sol System. In Nomad area was needed few quick fights with Nomad patrols but after this all safely arrived to Coalition controlled space in Sovetskaya system. Liner landed on Planet Murmansk main Starport, all passengers departed and captured pirates were locked in local custody. Ship crew started preparations for return journey to Altair. Admiral Forlon left the bridge and headed to his apartment. In mind he had details for report to Admiral Thomas. One of them come to his mind more times 'What happen with pirate pilot who was able eject in Purian Lake? ... they will found sooner or later who attacked them. This all is not end, this is sure. We will need watch our Home much carefully and prepare for worst. Future will show ... '
