    Every cloud has a silver lining.


    Last night and the evening before that, 30 players online (approximately).


    Pirates still tax, cops still patrol, and mercs still hunt those few bounties. Events are played, Arena is used frequently for practice by everyone, and there is an increase in noob count, and some older players come and play...


    So, it's not all bad. :)

    Ok, Smuggler Hunt tomorrow, Wednesday the 11. of November 2009 @ 9:30 PM server time. Be there early!


    Also, since Anca is absent, we can do the Top Gun right after the Hunt, if you're interested.




    A bit of revision: IF Ancalagon is absent and agrees, and people want a TopGun, I'll host.

    I see your point in reference to the forum(s), but I disagree - my focus is on the game's overall atmosphere, which has deteriorated lately to something unrecognizable.


    I see Myric's point about people being afraid that the server is dying - looking at people's reactions (namely Huor and Lucy, who are the first ones to react in their respectful ways), I can see why this is so.


    I, for one, applaud Michael's efforts and I'll participate in most of them, and make some of my own on as an EM. Time to remember that this is still a game.

    This is not the answer.


    You need new blood in the SP, not revoking rights - this will only make the older players go away. And you're also wrong - your decisions are damaging the innocent majority.


    New Serverpolice, and ban first - ask questions later policy and zero tolerance.


    For what it's worth, there seems to be a rise in the noob count...

  • The Big Race Event

    You know, I made the thing in Arrow's signature to be the badge for the Race (only when reduced in size, of course), not to sit around in his signature being big. And it's background is transparent (a PNG).

  • Message rights

    Is this ban on universe-wide message going to be revoked anytime soon?


    It's getting really ridiculous, it takes about 30 minutes just to organize a friggin' event from the players who are already online, and with 2-3 SPs online it could be done in a 1/3 of that time.


    Whomever this ban was originally intended for, I think he/she/they got the message.

    You're not leaving the game, so that's cool.


    As for SP, you have a good replacement - I trust Lucy will be fair. But with shorter fuse, which isn't that bad, considering the amount of crap she'll have to take... :D
