i use paint shop pro.. i actually taught myself everything i know about it and freak.. im still learning how to use alot of the tools... i have yet to use photoshop but from what ive seen it can do... i really want to know how to use it properly
ill post other things once ive made more stuff..
i can understand why there needs to be "less" in the pictures tho... freelancer is getting pretty old now...

what is the required resolution and the size because i can edit them.. i can increase, decrease, sharpen, make more pixelated or make less pixelalted
OP - if i can edit these to be at the right specifications, i would be more than glad to make more for you.. for future ideas... just trying to get more experience.. dont want my time to not be well wasted but either way, i guess its not wasted since i just love making things with paint programs

and Aceguard thank you very much.. one of them is the Cat's Eye Nebula, Tarantula Nebula, Crab Nebula.. the images called Vortex is actually 2 kaleidoscopes i made then combined them together!!!

i changed the style of the forum on my screen so i can see all the super duper bright colors.. hehehehehe purple doesnt stand out enough for people to really notice for it to be the color of a warning... if it is a warning, it needs to be bright and catches your eye right away..... its just like marketing a product, you see an advertisement right... what colors are normal usedRed (dominately chosen), bright greens, yellow, and light blue... anything that stands out and screams.. LOOK AT ME!!!

or, you could always as someone in game if they could help you out

here's a few images i edited and put together using real nebula's, a kaleidoscope and a blue gem... if your wondering why i am posting these.. well i am going to college and taking business/e-commerce to start my own business and then after i finish that course, i will be taking graphic design because that is the business i want to start.. and i do apologize if they are to big. the average size is 900 x 600
to OP, if you thinkany of these photo's would be cool to use in your mod... then go for it.. i dont mind at all... hehe

ok i have a suggestion
where ever you have the mod download posted, have a warning in big fat bold red letters saying
"BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS MOD, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS EXIT THE GAME AFTER A CRASH AND RUN THE UPDATE BEFORE COMING BACK INTO THE SERVER, IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS, IT COULD CAUSE SERIOUS PROBLEMS".
is just a thought, you might already have this posted with the mod download but it doesn't hurt to suggest it....

if it last more than 1-2 minutes, you are stuck it what people might call a docking loop... and all you can do is open your main menu (F1)
but otherwise... just give it a moment and it should load..! lag can be an issue to cause this.

heres what im saying..
i was in the middle of writing my account id down and checking my email and then my computer totally puked on me! and i was going to just re-install windows because im pretty sure my computer was infected.
now heres what i mean
in another mod i use to play, they admi(s) were able to copy my old character file into my new character file but what i needed to do before they could do this, i had to enter the game, undock from planet/station and then re-dock so my character was saved... and then they would copy and delete the old character and paste my old character info into my new character file!
but obviously, no one here knows how to do that and its not a big deal... so no worries, dont think about this to hard... hehe

im with galactus on that... im sure the problem, whatever it may be, will be fixed soon enough. and we players can do is sit back and keep trying to play even if we do crash a billion times over...
