I would think this topic has been flogged enough. Surprised it,s got this far. Simple fact is you stay or go, Thats up to you. With respect. Seems to me a lot of drama for nothing.
important to remember, that players come and go for what ever the reason. It,s like that for any sim or game.

I could be a freelancer or ask for membership of another clan (may be I send a request for membership to TSH-clan. This would be funny !)

talking to our clan members. it,s been noticed a problem with ping rates in europe. today at 5.00am s/t i jumped from 330.0.0.0 to 1009.72.6.0. yesterday it was 320.0.0.0 and jumped to 471.31.5.0.
there has been noticeable lag in game also at different times. its been going on for some weeks now. are the telco,s there having some problem. i respect the fact i,m a very long way from the server, and while my ping rate is not crash hot it,s still playable. the ping is spot on when it leaves here and gets to germany. but from there it all falls apart.

maybe these pirates get more excitement writing all these big posts on here. yes they are trying to excite r/p, good for them.
one main fact that seems to escape them, the difference is time zones.
second the fact we have r/l thats more important.
the repeated reminder that sever rules means you can,t tell people what to do.
also tsh is not retired and you well know it.
there is many aspects of this game which many players choose to do. not just to run around to please you.
players are still r/p when on here. just because there not entertaining you do,s not mean they are not roleplaying.
your entitled to do what you want just like others can. saying something is one thing doing it is another.

providing there not docked, for which they would be kicked of by the server.
then is that not r/p which you are looking for rdv.
if a player is able to avoid your money collection then i call that great tactics, and well done for doing so.
not all your victims are going to be lame ducks for your pirate ways.
you want it then earn it

pe in respect to that last sentence. ships only in texas and sos. if you read a earlier post i said my main account is in that area for a reason.
i also mentioned that other ships are in different systems as well used as needed.
i as all our officers are aware of our r/p requirements. which i,m more than sure they carry out.
do you actually see what our members do in the time your in game.

this is a game with a lot of fun in it. fly safe.

unless you are a concience player and on c/f for 24 hours a day. where i fly and what i,m doing in my sessions you don,t see. nor do i have to explain to you.
for the record most of my ships are in texas or clan system. many others are in different systems but i have a main account which i mostly use.
there is many players on there which i have helped and will continue to do.

i have seen you repeatedly mention your taxing etc and no one do,s anything. why is that not roleplaying or have you a different idea of roleplaying.
is that not what a pirate do,s. then its up to players in roleplay to watch out for themselves.

one instance comes to mind your resent chase to vega. where while you were there i continued to pod to full cargo bay and sold them at karnak prison.
i then undocked and continued to pod still while you were there.
i think the outcome was a heavy bounty on that char which is still in flight when logged on with no collection.
MAINLY IT,S NOT MY POSITION TO TELL YOU HOW TO PLAY OR WHAT TO DO AND I EXPECT THE SAME RESPECT. I,M NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR OPINION.

i find it interesting that a one man clan sprouting of his usual rubbish. you did the same garbage when your mate thanhru was pulling his rubbish from your clan base.
when out and about we do our r/p as always. that is when we are in game.
your one we are three with others coming on when they can due to r/l.

why is there a need for us to act when these players are acting in r/p rules.

word of advice, nexus. never fly with any cargo in your bay you wish to keep, with pirates in your system or even in the vicinity.
don,t expect respect to your situation. he is a pirate and has clearly stated his intentions on the server.
any thief or pirate is there for gain not listen to hard luck stories. its r/p

there might be more to this matter than you have actually mentioned. the "GR" are polite in most decisions. knowing most of them in actions on the server, find it very hard that you would have been spoken too like that. when afk as mentioned, the last player was right, in all that he said.
it,s important to mention that a lot of players, especially new players don,t read the forums. also a lot of experienced players tend to forget or at times know there breaking the rules there, in new york.

if the "GR"continued to put harder penalties on you. then maybe you did not follow his instructions to you.

the thing that gets me is yes the violence is increasing, and the killing.but these so called heroes that kill mostly women and children instead of face to face with another man.
very tough people who behead a person with his hands tied behind his back. they are no humans
they say they do it in the name of there god. sure no god condones killing innocent women and children. who,s only intent is to disrupt the world. all they are is fanatical lunatics, radicals do this for there own gain. nothing to do with a god.

got over it as expected. i always consistantly dock and undock. i only have my mounted items in the ship selling anything else. but it was frustrating at the time.
however not to worry.

i rarely swear, and not here knowing rules. but went of my nut today. had my haider working on podding etc. regulary docked for selling of unwanted cargo and back in to space. cargo bay holding the following.
80 cruisers 10 b/s 140 lieutenants 3 majors 18 gunboats and minor ranks.
all was going well then suddenly, a crash back to desktop. there was no one else on the game at the time, and no apparent reason. i have not had a crash for ages or an empty cargo bay.
when logging straight back on i was back in earlier base with a complete empty cargo bay. all that hard work gone.

i have a screen shot of time straight after logging back on.

i will not repeat the swearing that occured over it. and totally pissed off.

the blackburn bombers is a wasted clan ship. with only being used to test it like other ships. i don,t know to many players that have one, and if they have sold it again.
realizing it is a bomber however, it might be used more if 2 of the torpedoe mounts were changed to level 10 gun mounts. maybe the clan fighter had one more gun mounted on it.

there was a lot more in his respect that you have not mentioned and maybe you don,t know. the player was dealt with by high command finally and the matter has been closed. yes his name still pops up. yes it has been flogged enough but still it was a true statement.

Also, I have noticed recently that the population seems to be steadily increasing over the past few weeks and months. I used to come on and I was often accompanied by me, myself and I, and a few others But now whenever I appear, there is always around two+ Players online. They're just too scared to talk to us, or they have no idea how chat works, OR they are people who do not understand English.

i think more understanding and patience in that respect on this last bit i find a lot of times they are new and don,t realize your talking to them or how to respond. with some simple help and understanding helps a lot better. i found a way to communicate with all and after some explanations the seem to go alright with comms.

time and time again i have expressed, the importance of encouraging the new players with any questions or advice and not just in new york but through the game.but just because we have been there a long time. there question are important to them even if we think they sound silly.then help the best you can.
as for the RA CLAN well there is the point thanhru attitude killed all that. but with the return of the new leader. dealing with r/l and remember that comes first.
also again the other clans have trouble with numbers too but we don,t throw the towel in.
every time around now the numbers drop right off, but they spring back. credit to it lasting this long and at the top 10 with all these new sims as you refered too.
oh yes there ships and equipment is impressive.

not going to happen, i have tried to sneak in to our clans hanger bay to take GR tribbs ship for a run. guess who did the running security to tight and no spare keys. a sign on the door. room with bars and handcuffs provided free, long time tenants only.
