    our job is not to make clan jumping easy nor is it our job to observe hundreds of chars in case somebody is changing names

  • Patching every time

    Those files need to be updated each time logging on and there is no way to avoid it (in MP anyway), as dynamic economy
    always change.
    (... it does not take that long to update anyway, eh?)


    Not doing so may lead to server crashes or eventually corrupt your account.


    I am thinking updates may be much "heavier" in the future with upcoming CF1.9, as (I believe) dynamic universe may be actived, which
    should contain much more data.


    I am afraid you'll have to do with it if wanting to play online (is this that terrible?)
    Note: I have played online games that are much much worse to update....

    Some things should be let to discover by yourself I think ^^


    Making overall better stats battleships would just end making current ones "obsolete" (and I am not sure this would be good idea)
    However some things could be improved in exchange of other eventually lowered stats... which would keep balance...


    Will see when the time has come anyway!

  • Corrupted accounts

    I have been aware of a few cases of corrupted characters/accounts lately - mainly cases within SA clan (not sure about overall cases)


    We are still unsure for some what may have caused those problems.
    It is usually known having too many characters on one ID may be the cause, although it is not the case everytime...


    Hence, few questions remaining, maybe OP would have answer to?


    1/ Do deleted characters on an account leave traces on it? That may explain possible "overloaded" accounts even if current number
    of characters is below the official supported limit?


    2/Could this be triggered by false "cheating warnings" while holding some (specific?) goods/equipments?



    Any confirmed information (either correct, wrong, or unknown) would be appreciated, to help limit number of account problems.

    3. A new torpedo designed against Dom batteships huge hulls (stronger than sunslayer, less limitations than coalition, possibly slower accurary/speed for balance and not be ultimate weapon for PvP)

    IMO, an polite bastard (like |PX|StephanoV) is twice as insulting cause the dude attacks you it with nice word.... :bwaiting: (did i mention how much i love arguing with StephanoV and his nice speeches :bevilplan: )


    I also liked the PX dude (Elusive_One/Shocky????) who was very polite (calling me Mr.Officer) but had this sarcastic tone against me that made me wish to see him burn even more than if he jsut shot me with guns... haha ! :D

    SHS: that's the problem with this "mysterious" plot, how is the universe supposed to know freelancers you may be around with
    are not from this "Shadow" group? If we have to ask you each time we cross a freelancer, you may as well publish the list of that group
    (which will be known soon or later anyway)...
